Hazy night Folds

Good morning Monday! 

Busy week ahead but this weekend turned into a great catch up on everything kind of weekend so Im ready to face the ultimately crazy week coming. 

Decided to pair my most proper skirt with the trusted leather jacket. Thats balance in my books.

Neon Lime

The subtle takes on classic pieces are so precious. 

The lime collar on this brights up my day every time I wear it. 

I think clothes that make you feel something inside are the only ones you should wear. 

The things around you should inspire you, should motivate you and make you want to plow through and  your clothing is no exception.

I've actually had these amazing specs for a little while now but for some reason they haven't made it on the blog yet. Just like hats make me feel myself, these glasses do the same thing. I always grab for these when I need to feel a little me.

Olympus

I am so exited to start using my new Olympus EP2. 

It feels old school which is always lovely but 

with this lens I can finally achieve the things I've been dying to do with my Canon.

Bare Skin

I have been trumping around in boots, layers and scarves but this unexpected peak of skin gave me some hope that spring will be here faster than I can wish away winter. 

Life really does go at the speed of sound and it takes all I have to make sure I don't let a moment go to waste. I never want to feel like something slipped through my fingers. 2012 will be a year of grabbing hold of my dreams.

Black and White

I have started searching for amazing vintage band T's but they are harder to find that I originally thought. All Saints is having some great post holiday season sales right now and this mens T-shirt caught my attention. It has the right worn out color and has super soft fabric as if its been washed a million and one times. I cant wait to create a good collection of these shirts and pair them with everything from my vintage levi shorts in summer time to dress pants and heels. Ohh, dichotomy.

City Slick

Spend a lovely weekend around my second home. 

I cant wait till I can call NYC my first home..but until then its always a pleasure. 

Its going back to black for me. The simplicity and the statement that black makes is something that draws me in. I've come to realize that although I not boring in the way that I dress, I don't need all the frills, flashiness and the color wheel to express myself. Less can always do much more.
